WHAT
HAPPENS WHEN I GIVE MY ITEMS TO YOU?
All items are tagged with the owner's details then inspected for marks/faults
etc.
WHEN WILL MY ITEMS BE LISTED?
All items are sold seasonally and are listed in the order in which
they are received, so items may be listed up to 2-3 weeks after we
have received them.
HOW
DO YOU SET THE PRICE?
We use our experience to set realistic starter prices. We
need to get the balance right between attracting the maximum number
of bids for each item, but also eliminating the danger of items being
sold for an unreasonably low price. It's in our best interest to obtain
the highest price possible for your items.
CAN
I SET THE STARTING PRICE?
We are happy to discuss minimum pricing but it's not standard practice
to quote starting prices when we receive items as we constantly research
prices and also take into consideration the season, market trends,
etc.
WHEN
WILL I RECEIVE PAYMENT?
We run our accounts at the end of each month, when you will receive
a breakdown of the items sold, fees incurred and our commission.
WHAT
IF MY ITEMS DON'T SELL?
We generally relist twice after the initial auction. After that, any
unsold items can be returned to you, picked up in person, or we can
pass them on to a local charity. We charge £1 per item handling
fee for unsold items and there will also be fees of approximately
£1 per item from eBay.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Our feedback shows that the vast majority of our customers are delighted
with their purchases, however we can only offer a refund if the items
are not as described. Detailed measurements are given so if in doubt,
please do compare to an existing item.
